HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST AND HIP
Waist: Take a measuring tape, hold it to your belly button and wrap it all the way around where it sits comfortably
Hip: Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your widest hip point making sure the tape is parallel to the ground
