Nin Studio works in small, limited production batches. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Orders may ONLY be exchanged or returned for store credit (minus shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your order in accordance with the policies below.
- Orders will be processed within 2-6 business days from the order date.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- The postal services are prone to experience delays in their delivery times. This is not within the hands of the Nin Studio team.

MEXICO AND INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDERS
Discounted items are not available for exchanges in any way.
Once approved, exchanges for fully priced items will be processed within 2-6 business days of being received.
Items must be unworn and in perfect condition.
Worn or damaged items will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanged items must be shipped within 7 business days of return confirmation. Otherwise, the exchange will no longer be accepted.
Customers may choose between:
- Store credit (minus shipping costs).
- An exchange for the same or another available item within the same price range.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please keep in mind shipping from Mexico is expensive. When you shop with Nin Studio you are charged a fraction of the true shipping cost. However, for exchanges the true cost of shipping will be charged.
- Mexico: $15 USD
- Canada & US: $60 USD
- Rest of the World (Central + South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania): $70-$130 USD (depending on region and parcel size)

The policy applies equally to purchases made at our flagship store in Londres 24, Juárez Mexico City.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@ninstudio.org immediately.
Include clear photographs depicting the issue.
Nin Studio will cover all return shipping costs for approved faulty or damaged items.
Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to review the item.
Upon approval, a new item will be shipped or a full refund can be issued (refund processing times depends on your bank or payment provider).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Nin Studio is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If you wish to insure your shipment, please contact info@ninstudio.org prior to shipping.
For lost, delayed, or stolen packages please contact your postal service directly.
We are only able to provide order status updates but cannot assist with carrier investigations.
